Highlights

1. Wiring is now underground: There are no un-sightly exposed wires from the pole to the top of the house.  All the wires are protected, and run underground to the pole.
2. More Backyard: House was built before they changed the law, requiring that a house needs to be built x feet from the curb.  This gives the house more backyard then any house built after the law changed.
3. All Wires go to the attic, then down to every room in the house.  Therefore, you can have Cable in any room.  Speaker wires are throughout the first floor and outside on the deck too.
4. Large, fenced-in Property: This house is built on a 110 by 125 foot lot, which is entirely fenced-in.
5. Basement: Full, finished basement with 2 entrances on the ground level, and has lots of sunlight.
6. Tax Savings:
1. Since the basement is “partially” underground, the entire level is taxed as a basement.
2. New construction on existing foundation, thus less taxes.

Total taxes around $11,200 … Many houses this size would be roughly $16,000

7. Walk to synagogue: There are temples that are walking distance from the house.
8. Privacy: a 5 foot fence and tall bushes in the front, gives the house some privacy.
9. Maintenance Free:  The siding, flooring, deck… all made from maintenance free materials.
